Join us for a special reception by the City of Oulu in the beautiful City Hall. The Mayor of Oulu, Ari Alatossava, warmly welcomes ECSA 2026 participants during this culture capital year. The evening programme will be as follows:
- Coat check and welcoming drinks
- Welcoming speech from the Mayor or city council representative
- Words of thanks from the local ECSA team
- Performance by accordionist Kaisa Risitluoma
- Buffet
- Closing words and music by Kaisa Risitluoma
IMPORTANT: Your name badge is your ticket to this event. It will be marked with a symbol indicating your registration. If you forget it you will unfortunately not be able to enter as it is the only form of assuring the number of participants stays below maximum capacity.
Who can join: All conference participants who have registered, Due to regulations the space cannot accomodate children under 10, but children over 10 years old can join.
